Rich Kenney, President

Mr. Kenney is a documented Asbestos Hazard Project Designer, an Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, a Lead Risk Assessor and a Lead Abatement Contractor as licensed by the Ohio Department of Health. He is also an ACAC Council-certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor (CMRS) and a Council-certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI). Mr. Kenney has 23 years of experience in all aspects of the environmental service industry. He has surveyed, designed, evaluated and remediated thousands of asbestos, lead and mold projects. These projects include residential, commercial, industrial and institutional assignments for the private sector and numerous State of Ohio and United States government agencies.

Don Marofsky, Operations Manager

Mr. Marofsky is a documented Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist, an Asbestos Hazard Abatement Air Monitoring Technician and a Lead Abatement Worker as licensed by the Ohio Department of Health. He has attended several training classes in mold remediation, including completion of the IAQA approved Certified Microbial Remediator course. Mr. Marofsky has 17 years of environmental experience and has supervised hundreds of asbestos, lead and mold projects from residential to multi-phased hospital renovations.

Field Personnel

All AHC Environmental Services field personnel are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health as Asbestos Hazard Abatement Workers or Specialists. In addition, many have logged numerous hours of safety and specialty training, adding to the overall satisfaction of our clients and quality of our finished product.
