Ron Geiszler Founder

Mr. Geiszler founded AHC Inc in 1985 when the asbestos abatement industry was still in its infancy. Always keeping his philosophy of "Customer First" and working to the highest ethical and safety standards, he set the foundation for the First Class environmental remediation company that AHC Inc. is today. For that, all of us at AHC, Inc simply say "THANK YOU Mr. G".

Rich Kenney, President

Mr. Kenney is a documented Asbestos Hazard Project Designer, an Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist, a Lead Risk Assessor and a Lead Abatement Contractor as licensed by the Ohio Department of Health. He is also an IAQA Council-certified Microbial Remediator™ and a Council-certified Residential Mold Inspector™. Mr. Kenney has 23 years of experience in all aspects of the environmental service industry. He has surveyed, designed, evaluated and remediated thousands of asbestos, lead and mold projects. These projects include residential, commercial, industrial and institutional assignments for the private sector and numerous State of Ohio and United States government agencies.

Don Marofsky, Operations Manager

Mr. Marofsky is a documented Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist, an Asbestos Hazard Abatement Air Monitoring Technician and a Lead Abatement Worker as licensed by the Ohio Department of Health. He has attended several training classes in mold remediation, including completion of the IAQA approved Certified Microbial Remediator course. Mr. Marofsky has 17 years of environmental experience and has supervised hundreds of asbestos, lead and mold projects from residential to multi-phased hospital renovations.

Rick McGhee

Mr. McGhee is an IAQA Council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant™, a Council-certified Residential Mold Inspector™ and an Ohio Department of Health licensed Asbestos Hazard Abatement Specialist. He has also attended several training seminars on current environmental issues. Mr. McGhee has over 25 years of general construction and environmental experience, working almost exclusively with the United States government.

Bob Nist

Mr. Nist is an Ohio Department of Health licensed Asbestos Hazard Evaluation Specialist with 15 years of environmental experience. Mr. Nist was a project manager for a specialty contractor for 5 years prior to rejoining AHC.

Field Personnel

All AHC Environmental Services field personnel are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health as Asbestos Hazard Abatement Workers or Specialists. In addition, many have logged numerous hours of safety and specialty training, adding to the overall satisfaction of our clients and quality of our finished product.
